Last Z: Survival Shooter is that game from the ads. You have seen them, they are everywhere on the internet lately, and what they show is not exactly what you get once you install it. I checked what is actually behind all that marketing. Short answer: a decent zombie shooter buried under timers, paywalls, and some truly strange decisions. Skip it.
The start is promising, to be fair. The game throws you straight into battle, no intro, no handholding. Controls are simple, and the early loop works: mow down zombies, collect loot, upgrade your stuff. Classic, and honestly satisfying.
The only guy in the apocalypse
Then the game shows its real face. It is a zombie survival shooter, so naturally the first side character you unlock is a girl in a bunny suit. Then comes the sexy nurse. Then the sexy cop. Clearly when the apocalypse hit, Victoria’s Secret had a fire sale. Fun fact: you are the only guy in the entire base.
There is even a thing called the Beauty Hub. You unlock it and get a video of a girl posing and looking sexy. No gameplay purpose. Just vibes. Peak zombie apocalypse priorities, I guess.
Boss fights will not save it either. They are pure DPS checks - no skills, no tactics, just stand there and outdamage the meat sponge in front of you.

Hurry up and wait
Base building is your standard artificial power gate. Timers and resource walls everywhere. At first you can upgrade any building you want, then bam, you are locked to one at a time unless you cough up real money for extra slots. To progress you need three things: XP, resources, and patience. Lots of it.
And that is the shame of it, because the core gameplay, blasting hordes of zombies, is genuinely fun. If the game respected your time, it would be an easy pick for a commute. It does not. Progression slows to a crawl unless you pay, and the ads that got you here promised a different game anyway. There are better zombie shooters around - I would let this one shuffle past.
